Helppppp

My 2 year old last week had watery diarrhea and vomiting. I assumed was stomach flu, a few days ago he had a fever that fluctuated from 99 to 103. Yesterday his fever was totally gone but he whined ALL day, usually I can pick him up and he'll be good but it was inconsolable, today is the same thing, no fever no vomiting no diarrhea. His pediatrician wont call me back because she sucks and the closest ER is an hour. Just wondering if anyone has health with similar?
