Craving junk only in first trimester
Before I got pregnant I was eating SUPER clean. Fruits, veggies, avocado toast, salads. Now that I am pregnant I haven't had veggies since my bfp. I'm 8 weeks and cannot even look at salads or veggies 😷 It makes me very SICK. I was always obsessed with avocados and now I can't look at them. Lately I've been eating junk like pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets, chips, fries, shakes and I feel guilty about it because I know I'm suppose to feed my baby all healthy foods but there is no way I will be able to keep it down 😓 As I type this and think about veggies, I am gagging and feeling nauseous 🤮 Anyone ever feel this way? Is it normal? I am taking prenatal gummies but I'm afraid my baby is not getting enough nutrients from the junk food. I don't know if prenatals are enough.
