Peri Bottle
How long are you using your Peri bottle postpartum?
Currently 3 weeks pp had a vaginal delivery with 2nd degree perineal tear and a labial tear. I haven’t had any pain and my bleeding is currently minimal. I do want to continue to heal well with no issues.
Any advice from second time moms on how long to use it? I don’t mind it, but it is kind of annoying to fill it up before I use the bathroom every time. Lol
