When to pack hospital bag

I’m 24 weeks today and just have the urge to start packing already. 
This is my hospitals list is there anything it’s missing or anything you think is unnecessary. Also how many of each

I won’t be packing mine until about 35 weeks, that’s what I did with my first as well

It’s a pretty good list I think. I found that hospitals outside of the US barely provide anything (from my July 2018 babies group). I’m in Canada and this list would’ve fit me perfectly for my previous birth. (Except I would’ve added even more 🙈.)

Item seems ridiculous how much you have to bring. Your hospital seems to only provide sheets. So yea, pack early.
I'm going to bring-
Dark comfy pants x2
Nursing tank x2
T- shirt x2
1 outfit for baby to come home in
My own shower stuff (only because I work at my hospital and dont like theirs)
Snacks for dad/guests
Flip flops
A box of thank you chocolates for my nurses. 
White Noise machine !!!!! ( hospitals are noisy and I hardly slept when I had my son- hoping the white noise machine will make it easier this time around)
My hospital provides the rest.  And most of what I'm bringing I could get from them, I just want my own from home.
