Im at my wits end

My daughter has a lip tie, I havent been able to see a lactation consultant yet on getting it removed, and breastfeeding is still killing my nipples making them raw and blister. She can latch on but it just hurts because her top lip wont flange out. I have a pump but i feel like i cant get anything out and i dont have time too do that on top of the already painful feedings. I dont know how to manage it and my emotions are at all time high. Like if i supplement and give my nipples time to heal i worry my supply will go down or she wont latch after.
