IUD CRAMPS???

I have had my IUD for about six months now. I am not bleeding but this is the time I normally would be on my period. I’m cramping though for the past three days now. Is it normal to not bleed but still have the cramps with the IUD?

I’ve had my IUD for almost 2 years now (Kyleena). For me, I cramp REALLY bad a week before my period, but I have no cramps throughout my period and my period is very light and short.

I’ve had mine for. Little over a year now and my periods are super light and sometimes I don’t always even get them, but I do still get cramps. They’re not too bad though

I have the Mirena however you spell it, and they told me I’m supposed to not bleed.
