Blood being a sign of pregnancy?

What does blood look like when it’s a sign that you’re pregnant?

For the past hour an a half every time I go to the bathroom there is blood but it’s not blood like a period... it’s very faint and pink

I know... I know... “take a test”

Well it’s 1am right now so that’s not an option and I was just hoping for a quick answer/opinion

My period is 6 months late and all the tests have been negative up until now but who knows maybe I ovulated at some point and now I’m pregnant... I doubt it but things happen
