Positive test after D&C

Ladies I need your help. I lost my twins at 16 weeks 22nd January 2019 and had a D&C 31st Jan 2019 and been patiently waiting for my period ever since. Today I have for some reason decided to take a test 🤷🏻‍♀️ and two lines have appeared. I’m full of emotions right now I have lost 4 babies all second trimester and just can’t go through this again. Do you think it’s left over hormones?
