Migraine with Weird Symptoms

About 24 hours ago I started having severe neck pain that kept progressing and eventually throughout the day it radiated into my head causing a severe migraine. About 3 hours ago I was reading a Bible verse aloud with my husband and throughout it I kept stopping completely or slurring my words (unwillingly, obviously). Is this a common symptom in people with "chronic" migraines? I will go a few months being fine, and then go a few months with severe migraines. This has been happening for about 9 years but I've never had one this bad and never had one accompanied by slurring my words and almost blacking out...
