Trouble breathing while driving

Only 9.3 weeks, but my stomach is starting to pop, and it's like ROCK HARD! I have noticed today and a little bit yesterday that while I'm driving it's harder to breathe, I think it's just my position while driving but is it just me? I feel like it can't be, but I also don't know if I should be concerned.
