Pinching and Pulling Pain! 12 weeks

I am 12 weeks 5days, and today I had A LOT of pinching and pulling. I feel pinching in my vaginal area..... yes, my VAGINAL AREA. It almost feels like sharp, quick pains (that someeeetimes reach my anus) 🤭 I know... OW! Anyways, I’ve also felt some quick pinches and pulling sensations in my lower pelvic area and my lower abdomen. Is this normal?? Is anyone else experiencing this wretched pain. I’m a worrier sooo.... I’m worried. Gone through a miscarriage once before but the cramps didn’t feel like this so I’m staying positive ! 😁 Welll.... as positive as I can! Someone PLEASE let me know if you’ve experienced this and it’s normal! It would calm my nerves & allow me to get some shut eye! Lol
