Toning diet...
Breakfast:
- Peanut Butter overnight oats
(Consists of 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk; 3/4tsp chia seeds; 2tbsp PB; 1tbsp maple syrup; 1/2 cup rolled oats).
- Coffee with two tablet form sweeteners and a dash of full cream milk.
Snack:
- 1 medium piece of fruit.
- Lactation smoothie (consists of 1/2 banana; 1/2 cup blueberries; 4 cashews; 1tbsp flax meal; 1.5tbsp rolled oats; 1tsp brewer’s yeast; 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk).
Lunch:
- 2 slices of Whole meal bread with half an avocado, 4 turkey slices and 5 slices of cucumber.
Snack:
- vanilla bean Greek yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries.
- Coffee (as above)
Dinner:
- Meat (size of palm) with a side of steamed (carrot, broccoli and corn) or baked vegetables (sweet potato, carrot and pumpkin).
And I have a cup of tea at around 7pm, made like I have my coffee.
Is this ok? Or should I be eating something else? I can’t eat too many eggs btw. And I’m starting up exercise after my 6 week check up on Monday.
