Pretty much nonstop period since getting Paragard, help!!

I got Paragard on March 13. Before this, I was not having periods due to taking the pill and underlying hormonal issues. I got my period March 16, and it lasted through until last Sunday. Then I had a few days of black discharge (been told it's basically just old, slow period blood) and now I'm actively back on my period! I also stopped talking my pill about a week ago, but the inactive pills never did anything.

Have any other IUD/Paragard users experienced this, and if so, what did you do? Should I make a doctor's appointment? I'm not feeling badly I'm just bleeding for so long 😣
