Any advice on dealing with a breakup with someone you truly loved but deep down you know it’s sooo difficult to be together? How do you choose between your head and your heart? 💔 he was my heart..

Always choose your head. Your heart will heal over time. It is okay and perfectly normal to hurt, accept that it hurts but know that you are making a better choice for yourself by moving on. You’ll be okay we’ve all been there and I can promise you any of the woman who’ve made the tough choice to leave someone they still love will tell you that when the pain finally passed we’ve never looked back.
