4th miscarriage imminent?? 😭

Mommas my heart is heavy and hurting and I'm a mess at work today. I had pink spotting only with wiping last night and not cramping last night. Today no spotting but i do have mild cramping. I'm so worried this is the start of my 4th miscarriage 😭

I had one at 16 and dont remember basically anything, one late college at 9 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and one in 2016 before my healthy son that was likely 5weeks and I didn't know I was pregnant till already bleeding. So I can't say I've ever had spotting as a warning sign. I have an ultrasound in the morning but am freaking out. Should be 6w5d tomorrow.
