Should I break up?

So I was staying the night at my boyfriend of 5 years and he got upset with me for starting my period in his bed. He told me I should be more responsible and prepared for when I’m going to start my period. the thing is is I’m usually good about wearing a pad to bed if I am expecting to start but my period came almost a whole week earlier than usual. He was screaming at me and made me cry and even kicked me out of the house for 30 mins with no shoes. Should I break up?
