Rhinocort Safe?

So I’ve had a persistent cough, runny and stuffy nose since getting pregnant. Lately I’ve been sneezing a lot too. So I asked the pharmacist today what I could do to help with that and he suggested Rhinocort. Said it’s totally safe for pregnant women.

So I go buy a box of it and the box says “if pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use”

So...has anyone used this during their pregnancy and did tour doc say it’s safe? I just want to use it so badly to get some relief but now I’m hesitant.
