Weight loss discouragement
So for my New Years resolution this year I decided enough was enough and that I was going to try to lose about 80lbs this year. I weighed in at my heaviest (5’9, 297lbs) and since January 1st I’ve lost about 20lbs, however I’ve been very discouraged about my progress. I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, cut out soda, fast food, sweets, pasta, (most) breads, and I just don’t see the progress I feel I deserve for how much I have changed. Before I was an emotional eater and age whatever I wanted whenever I wanted it. The picture on the left is from January 21st and the one on the right is from yesterday. Can you guys see any difference??
