Has anyone missed a period right after a miscarriage and ended up being pregnant? I miscarried early at 6 weeks bled for about a week and a half. I had a follow up apt at dr 4 weeks after still no period and they did a urine test. Fast fwd 3 weeks after my Dr appt I took a test since it’s been a while since my period just to check since I’m feeling off and all first responses tests are positive.

Not sure how it even could be possible since me and my husband didn’t want to try again till after our honeymoon ... and we used protection. I’m also feeling all the symptoms again I had when I was pregnant.
