Finally started exercising on April 1st!

So I started doing 15 mins of low impact cardio workout videos on YouTube and let me say I'm proud of myself! I'm pushing myself to lose this weight! I'm 5'3" and 200lbs #NotHealthy! So I found these videos and did them Monday, Tuesday and today. My thighs been on fire so I took Wednesday off and now planning on doing it every other day until I don't feel the muscle being tight any more 😅.

Today! (April 4th) just now a few hours after my workout! 💕

I'm proud for sticking to it 💪 I can't do planks, push ups or burpees yet but I'm getting there one step at a time!

Do y'all have any tips or tricks on how to get to my goal weight of 150 or even lower!? I got 10 weeks before my vacation starts and I wanna look at least a little thinner before then!😅
