First time Diva cup user

I’ve been interested In menstrual cups for a while, so last time I was at Walmart I picked up a diva cup. I was just wondering if there’s anyone on here who has advice on how to use it, the cleaning process, if I have to rinse it off before putting it back in...etc.

Yes I read the directions on the paper in the box it came in but I feel like it was much more specific on how to insert it and remove it than cleaning instructions.

Also, would you recommend me trying it for the first time during a school day or wait until a weekend? My next period should start on Sunday.
