digestion help?
so like for a few weeks, i noticed i have gotten really bloated, and have become irregular with going to the bathroom. like i have no urges anymore!! i don’t know what’s happening, and i’m getting nervous, because my intestines and stomach make the loudest noises and it’s so embarrassing. could it be from my birth control? i’m not sure !!
