Copper IUD Insertion
I just got mine inserted today. The procedure was the most painful part of it all but I'm feeling much much better afterwards! Just a little bit crampy/tired. I'm nervous about what to expect for my next period because I always hear a ton of horror stories, so I hope mine goes okay. Any tips?
