How long did you wait to waist train after having your baby?

My doctor said no ab exercises til at least 3 weeks post partum she said think of it as your womb is a huge muscle that needs to retract on its own first and you don’t want to damage it. I put a corset type thing on immediately after and wear it at least a few hours everyday and have noticed a huge difference already

I started wearing a belly band 5 days after a c section and I wish I would have started earlier.  It held all of my core together and helped save me a lot of pain and discomfort.  And my waistline started coming back too !

I put mine the day after I gave birth , did it with my first and this one .. gives great results & help uterus shrink
