I need some help... I am about 5 weeks pregnant

This is a long post..I am hoping i posted in the correct group🤞

2 days ago i had a large gush of blood. It was enough to fill a panty liner maybe even a bit more. It came with some light cramping. That was all the bleeding i had. It has completely stopped since.

I called my doctor and they sent me for a quant test. my numbers were around 5000(800-5 days before)

I had an ultrasound the same day. The tech saw 3 “cysts” but no sign of a normal pregnancy.

I had another quant done 48 hours later and they went up to 9000.

My doctor has a few options as to what can be going on. #1 is i already miscarried #2 i was too early to see anything on ultrasound or #3 It is a molar pregnancy. I feel like my numbers are going up normally(doubling ever 48 hours) and my doctor said that if it was molar that my numbers would go up really high really fast.

I am literally grasping at straws. I have had 2 miscarriages in a year and this will be my third loss. If anyone has any advise or if you have gone through something similar i would love to hear your stories.
