I was at the park down the street from my house with my dog and this blue truck was parked in a spot for a very long time which I thought was someone walking there dog. When my dog and I were a lot further away in the park the blue truck went around the park really slowly towards me and this police car was on the other side of the park and slowly parked right next to him. There was another person walking his dog in the park but he was on the complete other side.
