Icy Hot ?!?! Safe?

So i was involved in a car accident this tuesday and today i feel it all over again my arms. Neck. Back hurt like hell do you guys think its safe to use icy hot or i should not risk it and just try tylenol..(which means i have to go to store)..😑☹️

I’m pretty sure arnica is safe? Check on that , but it’s a natural muscle pain reliever.

I asked my doctor because I have such bad neck and shoulder pain right now from a previous injury. She said she does not suggest it and to ice and for heat to use a sock filled with rice and microwave it.
