Lactose intolerant?

My child projectile vomit any kind of formula we have tried. (Good start, parents choice, Enfamil gentle ease, and Similac) could it be possible that she’s lactose intolerant?

She probably is. Try soy. Also check with baby’s doctor

Lactose intolerance is extremely rare in infants. Cow's milk protein allergy or sensitivity is more likely.
Talk to her pediatrician. You will probably need to switch her to a hypoallergenic formula such as Nutramigen or Alimentum. If that still doesn't work, then you may need soy formula or an amino acid based formula, like Elecare.
