Anyone else with heart palpitations?

I’m soooo over them😒 I’ve had them before but being pregnant just makes it 10x worse 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, I get them sometimes. It’s really random too.

I usually get them with pregnancy. First time I experienced them I freaked the hell out years ago. I also have anxiety so I thought I was going to die, then google told me during pregnancy it was USUALLY fine and normal so I calmed down. I think this pregnancy I’ve had it once or twice now too and remember that they’re normal. But if you ever feel like it’s something you want to check out with your doc don’t hesitate! For me I don’t freak out as long as it doesn’t last more than a moment with some steady breathing exercises.

Me!! Going to cardiologist next Thursday

Me! Had them before pregnancy and more often since being pregnant! It wakes me up at night so,e nights!

I do & flutters sometimes so I was sent to a cardiologist and found out I have a small murmur. Now I have to go for an echo next week. So stressful & worrying.
