Mirena causing cramps low (in crotch)

I’ve had the mirena since the middle of March. I had sex earlier today and now all of a sudden it feels like something is in my crotch and I’m having sharp pains but not debilitating just uncomfortable. I’m fed up with this thing! Sometimes it feels like something is there but not this noticeable, I could never feel the strings but maybe I should check! I’ve had brown spotting daily but I just checked, and I’m not spotting or bleeding at all right now.
