Do my ankles look swollen?

I’m sorry I’m just all stressed out today and I’m suddenly unsure if this is what my foot always looks like....some back story: Monday had a appointment and they said that I had a high amount of protein in my urine and they wanted me to do a 24 hour urine catch.he didn’t think it would be a issue bc my blood pressure had been great and I have had no swelling. I did it the next day and dropped it off and did a blood test this past Wednesday. They got back to me this morning and said that it was boarder line. I had mentioned that I had a bunch of floaters in my eye, then things changed. I had just gotten back from the endo for the GD and I had told her but my blood pressure was 102/70 and she said to just keep her posted but everything seemed fine. I let them know all this, still they wanted me to come in to double check. After talking to a doctor, she had advised me to stay home for a few days until they know what’s going on and had mentioned that my blood platelet count was kinda low and that they didn’t want to wait for me to retest again and to have it done tomorrow. I left being told to watch for headaches and sudden swelling and I’m just scared I’m reading to much into this, but does my ankle look swollen? Like enough to worry that there was a sudden change? I feel fine Generally but kinda like I’ve been on edge all day

I say yes but like maybe it’s just a normal amount for pregnancy? Maybe my ankle just always looked this fat. I really wish I paid more attention to them b
