Swelling anyone?

I’m about 18.5 weeks and yesterday I lost my ankles to swelling.  It was warmer so I’m thinking that didn’t help but has anyone else already had swelling??

I have started wearing compression socks to help with swelling. They have helped alot. Avoiding salty foods, and getting up frequently to stretch your legs can help too.

Yeah I'm with you. Not so bad in my feet as I was with my first. I'm noticing it more in my calfs and legs. When I get home I try and elivate them for a bit it defenetly helps!

I work with horses and am on my feet all day so I’ve been worrying about this. I’m 18 weeks as well and think I’m going to go ahead and pick up a pair of compression socks like some of the other ladies recommended. I know Amazon has a few pairs people really like!
