I dont get it 🤷

So I'm super frustrated this morning. I was supposed to start on Tuesday but up until yesterday (Thursday) I had VERY minimal spotting. Usually when I start to spot, I fully start within an hour or so. I had a little bit of pink yesterday morning then nothing the rest of the day. I woke up this morning and there is the bright red that I didn't want to see. I kept it in my mind that I could start at any moment but my body never acts this way. I'm trying hard not to be disappointed but I'm confused and mad more than anything.
