Baby weight or weight gain? 🤷‍♀️

Is anyone else freaking out about their belly?? Does this look like baby weight or eating to much weight? 🤦‍♀️
Does anyone have any pictures of their belly when they first found out compared to now? Is there any way of losing belly fat without harming the baby? Dieting or exercising? 🤷‍♀️ btw this is my first so I have no idea what to expect!

There’s really no need to gain in first trimester, it’s actually safe to lose. I still count my calories like I did before I was pregnant to make sure I don’t over eat. I try to eat a healthy and balanced diet. If your worried. Ask you doctor how many calories you should be eating and use an app to track what you eat.

Your baby might be the size of a raspberry but you still have the amniotic sac and placenta and the growth in your uterus. Along with the fact that your body has to push everything in front of your organs. So embrace your belly ❤️ it may also be pregnancy bloat too. But still fun!

I’m 7w 6d too and my stomach is usually flat in the morning and bloated in the evening, making me look like I eat too much.

I think some women’s bodies just react differently to pregnancy! My first pregnancy I didn’t eat any different but I gained super fast and gained pretty gradually throughout the entire pregnancy no matter what I did! You definitely can exercise or do most diets as long as you have a normal pregnancy. I’d just talk to your dr about it.

I feel this same way. This is my second baby. I am previously a small person and this pregnancy I look huge 😩
