Labor?? 33 weeks 6 days

I just went to the doctor yesterday for an ultrasound and they said everything looked great and that baby was doing good. He’s head down and he’s 5 pounds 4 oz. He barely looks like he has anymore room. My ribs have been hurting from his feet pushing into them especially my right side. But last night I started feeling really bad cramps and could barely move. And something felt like it pushed down really fast but I only felt it one time. I was almost to the point of crying. Baby is moving when I’m not hurting but I started cramping today too. Also(this is probably tmi but I’ve never had a baby before) my panties were more wet than usual discharge.. I felt like the doctors would’ve known something yesterday if I was going into labor or anything like that. I need advice.
