Anyone experience this?

I wanna know if any of you ladies experienced going in for an early ultrasound and saw/ was told you only have 1 baby!

And then find out later that you have twins?

I am asking because I am currently 11 weeks pregnant! I had to get early early scans done because I am high risk from delivering my daughter at 25 weeks from pre-eclampsia.

At my 7-8 weeks ultrasound I saw only one and my doctor did too. However, last night I had a dream that at my specialist appointment I was 12 weeks and 5 days and I went in to measure the baby. And the tech told me that I was carrying twins! And one was a boy and the other a girl.

I have a specialist appointment on the 17th this month and I will be 12 weeks and 5 days on that appointment! I woke up this morning literally thinking I was pregnant with twins! Only symptom that I have had this pregnancy is that I’ve been nauseous every day all day. And I’m showing already (but I read that can happen sooner after having a baby)
