Hi! Okay so I need some opinions/advice, so my boyfriend and I (we’ve been together for about 1.5 years!), and everything has been pretty great! We are always able to work through any issues we have and everything is always good. So recently I forgot my phone while going out, and so my boyfriend gave me his so I could have a phone with me. Finished up with my class and I got bored so I went onto Instagram while I was waiting for him to pick me up I saw that he searched for tons of different girls. Now I know he would never cheat on me, but still made me feel indifferent. I confronted him about it the next day, and at first he got pretty defensive about it being an “invasion of privacy” and I assured him that I had no intentions of snooping. He apologized and told me that he hasn’t searched for girls in at least a month and that he won’t do it again. Still being insecure, I just kept asking him why he did it so often and his reasoning was “because they’re pretty,” which made me feel REALLY bad. I’m trying to get over it, but it seems like it’s all I can really think about. If anyone has any opinions on this or advice on how to handle this, please let me know!!
