I just turned 18 and I don’t know if I should have sex or wait, I feel like I need to wait for someone who’s not gonna make me regret doing it. Not saying that my virginity is sacred or something, I’ll lose it anyways so... what do y’all think?

If you do decide to, make sure it's with someone you trust. A lot of people spend their lives regretting their first time. I dont because it was with someone I deeply cared about and we are still friends now.
