Does anyone know what a Endovaginal is for?? Might have spelled it wrong.

It's just an internal ultrasound.
A ultrasound wand (probe) will be inserted into the vagina to get a clear look at the uterus/ovaries/cetvix. Perfectly normal procedure for early pregnancy or diagnostic exams.
