TTC, any recommendations?

Ladies is there ANY recommendations on anything I can do to help concieve. I already take prenatal vitamins.. I was 8 days late and my prd came today 😢 I already lost 2 babies. 1 to ectopic pregnancy 2017 and the other a miscarriage at 5 weeks. I'm trying NOT to lose hope and be positive but it's REALLY hard sometimes.
