Spotting 13dpo?

Can you have Implantation Bleeding 13dpo? I literally had like five drops of pink blood an hour ago, and then it stopped when I went to the bathroom again. I’ve never spotted at ANY time, when my period starts, it just starts. I mean I could’ve ovulated later than normal too, I stopped tested when I got a “high” on day 12 because I ran out of tests and couldn’t afford a new box :( my boobs were not hurting as bad yesterday and the day before and now they hurt. My Montgomery Tubercles are very big too. I checked my cervix too but I’m pretty sure that’s totally unreliable.
