I take mine at bedtime with a glass of milk or water.   Helps a lot with the brick-in-my-stomach feeling and nausea.  Also, my bm's are very regular now since I started taking it at bedtime.

Wont lie and idk if it's bad, but I really like my pills, have store brand gummies. They are so good. I sometimes take like 3 or four a day. But generally I take them in the morning before I leave for work.
