So I've two questions (since this is my first time ever getting the implant)

I got it inserted on Thur. March 28 which marked 7 days yesterday on April 4. I want to know if it is effective now, and if it's okay to have unprotected sex or is it too soon/risky?

Also, is it normal to still get white discharge even on the implant because I was told it prevents ovulation but I started having this discharge on the 7th day. I want to know if that's normal?
