So over my workplace

I am so over this place. I'm tired of the favoritism, the double standards. My boss said that if we weren't in direct supervision of this kids then we could check our phones. I literally had zero kids around me and she goes "im gonna write you up." But my phone went off like 4 times in a row so I wanted to make sure that it wasn't an emergency so i wasn't just hanging out on it yet another staff can be on hers whenever and its all good and dandy. It just sucks that I love the clients I work with because i could never imagine working elsewhere. 5 more months of this bullshit then I have maternity leave.
