Why am I so angry

I am so angry all the time. For the longest time I didnt know what I was feeling but its anger. I'm angry that I try so hard all the time but nothing ever works out, I'm angry that when ever I let my gaurd down and trust anyone they let me down, I'm mostly angry at myself for being hopeful. I'm just angry.

Idk if this is related but I’m hoping maybe it can help... I felt very angry for years, constantly, and didn’t know why. Then I started going to therapy and was diagnosed with PTSD. I was explained that I was angry all the time because of the PTSD. It’s been a battle to work through it, but finally for the first year in 9 years, I’m starting to feel less angry..

Literally me and I’ve been doing my best to fix it but just don’t know how to act instead. Sounds weird but I’ve been trying to watch old movies and seeing how the characters react to try to reprogram myself to just have a better more polite attitude in general. I’ll let you know if that works. 😭😭😭😭
