BH contractions all day?

I’m 33 weeks now and getting braxton hicks contractions all day long now 😭 I went in to L&D several days ago thinking my fluid might have leaked after 6 hrs of contractions which eventually went away. I’ve had bh since I was 19 weeks or so but they’ve started becoming really bothersome. It’s currently midnight and ive been having them since 3pm today 😩 (yes, I drink water and rest too!) Plus I still don’t understand how to time them?? I’m assuming (and hoping) it’ll be more obvious when I’m really in labor but idk if this is normal. I’m not in that too much pain but feel nauseous every time my stomach gets tight. Anyone relate?
