Natural birth
With my first born I planned for an all natural birth but 36 hours into labor I wasn’t progressing resulting in a c-section.
Fast forward 5 years and we’re getting ready to welcome our little girl. I’m planning again for an all natural birth....
Any tips on unmediated labor/birth? How did you prepare ahead of time to make that successful?
