Anyone else dealing with insomnia?

I struggle to get to sleep at night.. in bed.. I can fall asleep anywhere I'm not meant to though 😅

I can get to sleep fine, but as soon as I wake up to pee I’m often awake for 1-2 hours. 😕 So frustrating! My mind wants to hash out all the things. And now baby is kicking more at night, or at least I can feel it now.

I voted that I sleep fine but dont hate me cause that's only the nights that baby decides to let me sleep. Some nights he moves all night long and mama doesn't sleep any.

I struggle when my husband is sent over the road over night most but occasionally I wake up when he is here. My doctor said you can take the regular dosage of Benadryl or Unisom.

I take unisom, both because I can't sleep..and if I don't, I actually STILL get sick the next day.

Anyone else dealing with insomnia?
