Liposuction?

I want my body done so bad. I've had two kids youngest is only 6 months but im struggling so bad with my confidence and losing my weight. I exercise i try to eat healthy i cut off sodas and i still literally look pregnant. It may not be so bad to yall but I really hate to even go anywhere... I love my babies of course but my confidence is gone. I get asked how many months i am anytime i go somewhere smh

So with that being said has anybody had body work done? Can i see before and after possibly? How was the pain and the scarring?
