Diastasis recti help?
I'm only 1 week postpartum (How?!?!?!) But I have a 2-3cm separation in my stomach, I'm sagging bad, and I already had loose skin from my dd1.
This girl is beyond worth it, but I'm pretty depressed about it 😅😭
Anyone have any exercises because I know I'm limited on what works, and what is safe.
